MCFARLANE QT113

The McFarlane Quadra-Till QT113 is a primary tillage
tool designed for one-pass fall tillage, capable of
sizing residue, shattering the soil, and leveling the
field. It features heavy-duty chisel shanks with 1600
lbs of trip pressure, mounted on 15" spacing, providing
a 12" maximum operating depth for deep soil fracturing.
Front-mounted, adjustable disk gangs with 24" diameter
blades on 10" spacing cut and incorporate residue into
the soil at depths up to 4". A hydraulically adjustable
leveling disk system ensures a smooth surface, followed
by a heavy-duty 4-bar spike tooth harrow to prepare the
seedbed. The robust frame, built with 3"x6", 4"x6", and
6"x8" tubing, features a coil spring system to protect
the disk frame from obstructions. The machine is
designed to operate at speeds between 5 to 6.5 mph,
requiring approximately 8-9 hp per foot of cutting width
and comes standard with radial tires, a safety chain,
SMV, and lightning kit. It is available in a range of
widths from 12 to 23 feet.
